Everything you need to succeed

What you can expect

A clear pathway

From the outset, we’ll work with you to set relevant and practical goals and outline the best way to get there. Alongside your on-the-job learning, this 12-month pathway will consistently help you build technical and interpersonal skills, and equip you with the confidence to move forward in your career.

Well-rounded experience

Our marketing graduate will spend time on a number of different marketing projects. You will get the chance to work with various specialists in our team to grow your confidence in a wide range of practical, relevant skills, whilst also discovering where your interests are.

Dedicated learning days

To get the most out of your development pathway, you will take part in quarterly development days. These will focus on different marketing-specific and wider business practices to help you succeed throughout your marketing career.

On-hand mentoring

Each graduate is assigned a mentor who, alongside the wider team, will be on hand to answer any questions and make sure you have everything you need to succeed.

Future success

Once the programme is finished, we intend to make you a full part of the marketing team, with a job description based on your skills and interests. We work with our graduates individually to shape a career pathway prior to the programme finishing to ensure your journey with us continues to go from strength to strength.

Benefits

As well as a competitive salary, you can expect full access to the range of benefits that all xDesign employees have, including private medical insurance, development days, unlimited 1:1 financial coaching through Bippit and access to our learning platform O’Reilly.

What we’re looking for

Seeking potential

You don’t need a specific type of degree to apply for the programme, we welcome university, college and bootcamp graduates, as well as those who are self-taught or retraining for a new career.

We’re focused on people with a good attitude, a passion for marketing, and a hunger to learn.

Working flexibly

We welcome applications from people throughout the UK, so long as you have the right to work in the UK. We support fully remote and hybrid working if you are based near our Edinburgh or Leeds offices.

Members of our marketing team occasionally travel to our regional offices for content creation and events activity, and our graduate role will do the same.

Embracing our values

With every application process, we look for people who embrace our values: we challenge, we care, we collaborate. Our people act with integrity, and challenge our clients, and each other, in pursuit of better solutions.

We care about our craft, colleagues, clients and their customers. And we are all equal. Individually we are brilliant, together we are unstoppable.
